Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty on certain products (refer to product page to check warranty details) protects against defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment received.
This warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is misused, altered, improperly installed, or damaged.
CableCovers.com’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item. Labor, incidental, or consequential costs are not covered. No additional warranties or remedies are offered under this policy. This warranty does not include or cover any claims for reimbursement, refund, compensation, or consequential damages — it is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
How to Submit a Claim

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and may require proof of purchase and photos of the defect. CableCovers.com will be responsible for return shipping; if the product is confirmed defective, will repair or replace it at no charge and cover return freight.
Replacements and Service
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team at 877-445-6744 within 7 days of receipt. Photos may be requested to confirm the issue.
Replacement parts typically ship within 7–10 business days. Expedited shipping is not available for replacements.
We do not sell individual replacement parts; a new product must be purchased if the issue results from normal wear, misuse, or if the item is out of warranty.
